Available 24/7?

In theory, yes we are available 24/7 but we really appreciate if you keep your communications limited to working hours; i.e 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 1pm on Saturday. We suggest you spend Sunday with your families just like us. 🙂

Real-time communication

We believe in instant connectivity and would make a group of whatsapp with our client servicing manager and your POC to ensure constant communication.

The Process

We would assign one of our Client Servicing manager to your brand so that you have constant connection and your feedbacks are immediately incorporated.

Manage your workflow and tasks successfully

We have perfected the process over the years, but you can always pitch in and improve it. We share google sheets with you so that you can see the content we have planned for future, once you approve it – the sheet would be forwarded to the design and video team to develop content.

Your folder on our drive

We backup all our clients’ data on Google drive as well as offline*. We will share your folder’s drive link with you so you always have access to all editable files and raw data, incase you need it.
*Data is backed up for two weeks offline by default, unless otherwise stated in contract.

Access to Social Media handles

We would need agency access to your facebook page, if you don’t know how to assign, you can click here. You would need to assign us as admin on the Linkedin Company page too. We would also need credentials for your instagram, twitter as they don’t allow agency access yet.
*Data is backed up for two weeks offline by default, unless otherwise stated in contract.

Constant Reviews & Feedbacks

The design team and video team would develop and share the content on your Google drive, you can review it and revert back with your feedbacks.

Sit back and relax.

Once all the content has been vetted by you or your team, and approved – we would make sure it’s scheduled, posted and reviewed. We can also ensure it’s printed on time, if and when needed, through our high quality print vendors.
